We offer progressive commissions scale based on total amount of revenue generated by distributor during month:
Each time, revenue reaches specific level, higher commissions for following part of revenue are used. For example: for $649.50 of revenue generated during month (10 products * $64.95 per product) it will be $174.85 commissions (20% commissions from first $100 of revenue + 25% commissions from next $200 of revenue + 30% commissions from last $349.50 of revenue). Having filled the Distributor Request Form and having signed the Distributor License Agreement, our potential partner receives email with notification about status of partnership. We reserve the right to decline the partnership request in case potential partner does not have specific experience in promoting of software solutions or not have proven expertise and business performance. For local markets we can create separate versions of software in case partner's web site provide all necessary information in local language. In this case the main links of software ("Update", "Support", "F.A.Q.") will be linked directly to partner's web site. Each time distributor receive order from customer, he post information about purchase to our database using one of opportunities mentioned below:
In both cases the distributor will receive from us official confirmation of activation of software license for end user. At first dates of each month the distributor should transfer to us all revenue received from distributed software during previous month with the exception of distributor commissions.
